Kilambé (Nicaragua - Light Roast, Whole Beans or Ground) 12 oz. : Our lightest "blond" roast, these beans have a lighter brown color; an aromatic bouquet with a clean and consistent flavor, slightly more acidic, medium body, 100% Grade A Arabia Beans, Organic & Fairly Traded, grown exclusively at high elevation 5,700 ft on Kilambé Mountain, Nicaragua. Shade grown, hand selected, spring water washed.

Mt. Kilambé (Nicaragua - Medium Roast, Ground ONLY) 4 oz. : This is a special selection of coffee beans that have been roasted to a medium level. With a slightly oily sheen, the true character of the beans are revealed in this cup. This cup is balanced, clean, refreshing and flavorful. Medium to full body, delicious aroma, medium to low acidity, with bittersweet chocolaty notes.
